Same as Diana. I know the recipe is fantastic - I have made the 9x13” and also converted to an 8x8” on many occasions, and is a family favorite - it consistently comes out fudgy with the best shiny top. However I have tried the sheet pan version (18x13”) twice now and the baking time is far too long - even 35 minutes is overdone and has resulted in two batches going to the trash (which never before has happened with a King Arthur recipe!) I weigh all ingredients, omitted nothing, and have a thermometer in my oven - scientist baker here! :) I strongly recommend anyone trying this start checking at 25 minutes.
