Carrie, we recommend holding off on topping your brownies until after they have come out of the freezer. Ganache is notorious for getting melty, sticky, and basically very messy after it has been frozen. We wouldn't want all your hard work of decorating to go to waste, so if it is at all possible wait to top or decorate your brownies before serving. Good luck and happy baking! Kye@KAF
