We will definitely be trying these, but I think you may be on to something bigger (no pun intended.) Your Pumpkin Cake Bars with Cream Cheese Frosting have become an instant classic around here; people adore them(really, really), easy prep, and the half sheet pan feeds a crowd. This could be an entire subset of King Arthur genius for those of us regularly feeding the masses.
