Beautiful!!! I love the presentation in that final photo! A few questions on making this recipe ahead: Could you bake the brownies, freeze them, and then defrost and add the ganache and toppings when it gets closer to the holidays? If so, how long would the brownies last in the freezer? And how would you recommend wrapping them? Cut the pan into quarters (or pre-cut into the smaller individual sizes?), wrapped in plastic wrap, and then put in a freezer bag?
