Hi Zoe! Because it has happened with so many different recipes, you weight your ingredients and have tried troubleshooting quite extensively, we wonder if you are at a higher altitude and your recipes need some adjusting? If you are, we would suggest checking out our High-Altitude Baking chart for recommended adjustments to try.
