Linda, we're not quite sure what changed for you. It could be that one of your ingredients changed their formulation or that your oven is no longer as hot as it used to be, or any number of other small changes that could have big consequences for your cookies. It's tough to say without knowing more details about your process, but you can definitely call our Baker's Hotline at 855-371-BAKE (2253).
