I used to make cocoa balls every Christmas from my mom’s recipe. Then one year I started having problems, the cookies spead and were thrown away. This year I found an exact match to her recipe, which gave me coursge to try again. Sure enough, a sheet of greasy speadout mess. What in the world am I doing wrong?
