Thanks for sharing your professional opinion with the KAF blog community! We are part of the "fluff and sprinkle" club when it comes to measuring flour as well; however, our recipes are based on one cup of flour weighing 4 1/4 ounces, so you've really got to go easy with the packing. We hope you are able to find the perfect chocolate cookie recipe and share it with your students so people everywhere can experience a quality, homemade cookie fresh from the oven.
