Thank You! This happens when I make cookies in a jelly roll pan using parchment paper for large batches. For some reason it does not happen as bad when I use an airbake cookie sheet at the same temp. Do you think it is because the airbake sheet has a layer of air so the temp is lower under the cookies. Great article! C. (I posted earlier but it did not show up, so if this is a double please excuse)
