How wonderful! I love the idea of a house "front" with a support in the back, rather than the much more labor intensive whole house. It's a good way to have something to decorate without the stress of making sure the house doesn't collapse. I love that sparkly black cat, too cute! I never thought about adding my own touches to store bought decorations. It's a good idea to make those little candies something special.
