Hi Eileen, Excited for you to try the recipe! Which size pan will you be using? If you're making a loaf, bake for 35 - 45 but if you're baking in a square cake pan (which you can certainly still do), adjust your bake time to 30 - 35 minutes. Hope that clears up any confusion!
