This looks wonderful! I've never cooked with coconut flour before, so I'm intrigued. Often I need to adjust recipes for my altitude (4500 ft) so it'll be interesting to see what, if anything, needs modifying. Moisture and structure are the two that I keep an eye on. Does this cake rise pretty well or is it fairly dense? Thanks for sharing your recipe!
