Hi Moazzam, I'll pass along your request for a blog post that covers how to ship bread. From my own experience, I find it's helpful to start out with baked loaves that I have frozen, and you may find that choosing recipes that include a tangzhong starter will extend the shelf life of the breads you wish to ship.
