Hi Erica, I freeze my loaves of bread before shipping, and try to send sturdy, crusty sourdough loaves that have a longer shelf life. These can be refreshed upon arrival with a light spraying of water and a brief stint in a hot oven, and they're almost as good as freshly baked!
