You might want to check with the USPS web site when calculating the postage for your cookies. I've found sometimes if what you're mailing isn't very heavy, you can actually pay LESS using a standard box. I'm guessing that since you're packing those boxes quite full, their boxes are the way to go. And great idea for the tape.
