thank you for the priority mail info - that's been my biggest challenge with a son on the west coast - I've been using ups with mixed results - but they're very pricey. I'd like to share a couple of my tips: 1. When I send cookies, I try to size them to fit in coffee cans I no longer need - then I separate each cookie with a small square of parchment. A little extra work, but a very clean presentation because the cookies do not rub against one another so they remain intact. 2. I use my "Food Saver" to seal each package of cookies in a box or can, sheets of bar cookies, etc. this definitely keeps them fresher. And 3. Pack tha box as tightly as possible without crushing anything because movement of items in the box will encourage breakage!
