I send cookies to my brother and they arrive intact from OKlahoma to Tennessee. To do this I use a gallon zip bag and stand the cookies on edge in the bottom. Usually about 18 cookies to a bag. And roll the bag up, squeezing out all the air and sealing it. Then I rubber band the rolled up cookies. Several of these rolls go in a bubble wrap lined box. I usually ship UPS from work and they arrive intact in 2 days. Hope this helps too!
