When I mailed cookies and brownies to my husband when he was deployed I did the following: - line a plastic container with plastic wrap - add cookies or brownies, pack tightly. -wrap the remaining ends of plastic wrap around the cookies or brownies. Then add the lid. Tape the lid down with packing tape. - I used paper or whatever was on hand for box cushioning also with whatever else I was mailing. I used flat rate boxes, usually medium or large. It always worked great... Except for the time it got lost in the mail afew months and they were stale by the time my husband got them.
