thank you so much for the packing tips. i'm in Fl and am afraid to even send something to Gainesville to my son. i've heard nightmare stories and even delayed shipping so everything is ruined. i'll try again. the pumpkin bread recipe from Apron Archives trumps my moms(God rest her soul) and people just beg for more. I'm going to try it and if successful, it will be a treat for both of us.
