Loved all the handy tips re: packaging cookies and brownies. As a mother of two soldiers who were deployed to Korea, Afghanistan and Iraq. I have sent literally hundreds of boxes of cookies, brownies etc. cookies dropped from a Helicopter become crumbs no matter how they are packaged but still good as sprinkles on pudding or eaten with a spoon. Now I have grandchildren all over the country and manage to send cookies and brownies, individually wrapped, no icing and priority mail through the Post Office with little or no breakage. The trick seems to be individually wrapped in plastic wrap and bubble wrap on the bottom and top of the box. Hope this is also helpful. Army Mom
