I have been making bagels for a long time. My kids (now at college) all complain that the bagels they get at school just aren't the same as what I made.I am always asked to send care packages. However, I have always been a little reticent about sending breads and bagels in the mail. A shelf life concern. I am interested to hear what others think or have found. It is nice that the kids think that much about my bagels!
