These turned out great! My partner loved them too even though he doesn’t like sweets. I used 1 cup of sugar only. I agree they’re on the “eggy” side for doughnuts- and I’d like to try alternatives just to compare. Do you have a variation using only two eggs? As a tip, I speed-thaw using the toaster. It takes just a minute or two!
