We're happy to help clarify. This baker was offering a tip for those bakers who have our Self-Rising Flour on hand and want to use that instead of all-purpose flour (whether it's King Arthur Flour or otherwise). If you have another brand of all-purpose flour that's not King Arthur Flour, you're welcome to give it a try in this recipe. You'll want to follow the recipe as it's written.
