Sure thing, Nancy. Just be sure to melt the coconut oil before adding it to the batter and substitute it 1:1. If you'd like little to no coconut flavor to come through in your doughnuts, use refined coconut oil (as opposed to virgin). Happy baking! Kye@KAF
