Your co-workers sure are in for a treat, Ash! The doughnuts should be coated with sugar while they're still warm to ensure it sticks, so you'll want to do that the night before. If you're adding a glaze or icing, you'll want to add that the morning they're enjoyed if possible. That way they won't get soggy overnight — they'll be simply delightful! Kye@KAF
