Just made these tonight. What a treat!! Used a mini muffin tin which yielded 4 dozen (48) "donut holes" at 350 degrees for approx 15 mins. I was able to perfectly coat the holes by shaking them in batches with a large ziploc bag of sugar, cinnamon and freshly ground nutmeg. They were tender and light. This fall treat is a keeper!
