Well, I used 1 cup confectioners sugar, 1TBSP (yes, tablespoon!) cinnamon (did I mention we like cinnamon?), 1/4 tsp. ginger, and a shake of ground cloves, and 3 TBSP half and half. It made a great glaze, and was just enough for one recipe (using my donut pans) for 18 donuts. My husband tried one, and declared it was his new favorite!
