I made these for a friend who is allergic to cinnamon - I just used 1/2 tsp each of nutmeg, ginger, and allspice, and I did the same (1 tsp of each with 1/4 c sugar) for the coating. They were super yummy :) Didn't even miss the cinnamon. She doesn't usually get to have pumpkin baked goods because they always have cinnamon in them!!
