I was wondering could I use the mini donut pan I have with this recipe? Sure, Sandy - just bake for a shorter amount of time. If you have the pan, you should be able to approximate the time - since I've never used the pan, wouldn't dare give you any hard-and-fast info. on that... Enjoy! PJH
