Thank you for this recipe, I converted it to gluten free by using the same amount of GF flour with 1 1/2 tsp. xanthan gum. They came out perfect, I also used a mini donut pan. My daughters both loved them. Thank you so much for your willingness to try this and let us know of your results. It is always good to have other options to offer people! ~Amy
