Just made these this morning. Added a cream cheese glaze and they are phenomenal!!! Definitely take previous commenters' advice about using either a pastry bag or a zip lock bag to "pipe" the mixture into the donut pans. It makes it sooooo much easier! Fantastic recipe! Wow, Melissa, that glaze sounds scrumptious. Thanks for the inspiration - PJH
