Can I replace the pumpkin with sweet potato and make this with sweet potato instead? Thanks! Absolutely - the sweet potato will probably be drier than the pumpkin, so add a bit of additional liquid if the batter seems stiff. Let us know how they come out - sounds delish! PJH
