These weren't so good IMO. I bought the special donut pan (1 pan) and these are basically just cake--and not even good cake. If you only have one pan, will take you a couple hours to make all of the donuts from the batter. I'm not a fan of these. I'm sorry for your disappointment. These are a traditional cake doughnut.
