My family is allergic to eggs and we use substitutes (but it usually only works w/2 or less eggs). Have you tried this w/substitutes? I love doughnut pans. I own the mini ones. I use a icing bag to fill the doughnuts. It works great!!! Haven't tried with egg substitute, Monica, but I'm betting it'll work just fine. And the icing bag to fill the doughnut pans is a great idea - thanks for sharing! PJH
