hi...i'm definitely going to try this recipe out...i was just wondering if there was a way to make it vegan? thank you! Hi Amber - no guarantees, but you could try this vegan muffin recipe, omitting the fruit and nuts, and substituting pumpkin for the juice - let us know how it works, OK? Good luck - PJH
