This recipe is great! Doubled the recipe, baked as donut holes for 15 minutes in mini muffin tins. Rolled in cinnamon sugar, taste great. Good idea, doughnut holes in the mini muffin pan - I've done that, too. They're not exactly spherical, but no one ever seems to care! :) PJH
