This stuff is indeed wonderful, a stellar "secret ingredient" that does SO much for just about everything. Most recently, it delivered on one of the two featured cocktails at our wedding--the Kir Normandie, a wonderfully nuanced drink: 1 part boiled cider, 1 part applejack or Calvados, and 3-4 parts sparkling wine.
