The pumpkin whoopee pies and the pumpkin mousse recipes have got my attention! I might also try the pumpkin chocolate chip cookies for an upcoming bake sale, they look so Halloween-y! I just recently brought pumpkin puree into my pantry and am looking forward to using it more often. It's most common use right now in my household is as an additive to my cats' wet food. Helps keep kitty bellies happy!
