I have to agree with Linda here. If you compare the recipe in this blog to the one posted under "hermits" in the KingArthur recipe section, you'll see a dramatic difference in the total flour - to -wet ingredients ratio. I'm also a bit shocked that the bake time here is 18 minutes but is 25 minutes for the other recipe. Maybe a full review is in order.
