You experienced bakers ever consider halving the recipe and making it twice in a jelly roll or half baking pan instead of buying a $650.00, 8-quart, Kitchen Aid stand mixer? Please! That is a sweet price for mixing an occasional recipe. $650/35=$18.57 a bar. They better be good folks! Dave
