I made these and they are good. The only problem is that the dough seemed to be dry with too much flour so I added a little more water. The finished bars have a bit of a flour taste as well. I had started with a new box of the KAF cake flour (door prize from a KAF baking demo) and measured the flour in measuring cups. What was left didn't seem to be enough so I weighed the inner bag and it was 1/2 to 3/4 cup off. Next time will try weighing the flour to get the right amount. And I skipped the glaze but might make some up to improve the bars that are left.
