My college roommate's mom (from MA) would send her these all the time! We swapped hermit bars (NE) for ranger cookies (midwest). Talk about tasty. I begged for (and got as a graduation present) the recipe, but haven't made these in forever. Think I'll make some next week as a car snack for a long drive. Thanks for the reminder!
