This looks delicious! Do you think using homemade cake flour would work (for each cup of AP flour, replace two tablespoons AP flour with two tablespoons cornstarch or potato starch (not potato flour))? I haven't ever tried these two options, but they seem to be popular alternatives for store-bought cake flour. If I used one of these alternatives, would you still suggest increasing the water to 1/2 cup?
