You've no idea how glad I was to find this article! I live in a very rural area, almost 25 minutes from the nearest grocery store. Usually, when the urge hits to make something with Velveeta, I have none and a thirty-mile round trip to the grocery store just to purchase one ingredient isn't budget friendly.
