What a great idea...can't wait to make this. Years ago I used to make my scrambled eggs with Velveeta..every once in awhile I get an urge for them and break down and buy the Velveeta which usually gets thrown out after a couple of weeks....Now I can make it without 'breaking' the bank..lol.
