I’ve made the Apple Cider Caramels and the Caramel sauce using the boiled cider from KAB several times now. We gave them as Christmas gifts last year and we had multiple friends ask for a second ‘gift’. They were so popular that we decided to give them as gifts again this. The first batch is in the process of cooling now.
