I made these today and am having a hard time waiting the 12-18 hours to cut them. It's been 12 minutes. (I left a little in the pan so I could at least taste them.) Very very good. Can't wait to make cider caramels sauce now. I made my own boiled cider (with 4 cinnamon sticks added) because I needed to make this candy NOW. The cider took forever but it turned out really good. I'll definitely be making these caramels again! Thanks!
