I can't wait to try this. I've sometimes boiled down my own cider, but buying your bottle is ten times easier, literally! It is a great flavor and good in apple pies. I think I got that recipe from your website. This was a great commentary. I'd point out that putting homemade candy in the fridge causes it to absorb moisture, and the condensing when it comes out would render it even stickier. Guess you should have cooked to 247 :)
