I love boiled cider and always add it to apple pies, and agree it's a must-have. I'm always on the lookout for ways to use it and these caramels sound amazing. I live in Colorado, however, where the altitude does crazy things to recipes such as this. Would you mind posting the recommended temp range for those of us living at a mile above sea level? Thanks!
