I would love to give this recipe a try. I have been searching for a good homemade apple sauce recipe for ages. Shame I don't have any boiled apple cider in my pantry. Is the apple cider you can buy on the supermarket shelves ok to use? Is apple cider the same thing as boiled apple cider..
Just wondering if this apple sauce can be poured into glass canning jars and boiled in a big canner for approx. 10 -15 min and then stored. The same way I would do up a batch of jam.
